Extremely comfortable. Wore it with my heels and then my boots. I did think if my feet get sweaty, it'll get uncomfortable, but it wasn't so at all. It stayed in place the whole time. I used to experience pain in my heel often after a long day but now no matter which shoe I wear, my feet stay comfortable.

Good quality and good in size for knee. We noticed it being used in hospital for my mother's knee (after knee surgery) and we bought it for home. It's pretty big to cover and surrounding area to give her a good pain relief.

My father is diabetic. Doctor suggested to wear silicon soxes which is very difficult for my dad to wear. I found this in Amazon and ordered. It's very good and so soft and easy to keep it inside a shoes.

its a good product. the size is good and covers good space. it stays cold for about an hour depending on the use. all in all a solid 4/5.
